Everything happens for a reason and one should never second guess that reason.

31 weeks!

Counting down, only 9 more weeks!

Randy says I have a basketball in my belly now...

Went for another 2 week check up yesterday and everything is looking good. Baby's heart rate was at 140 and to my surprise she has already turned and her head is down. With that said, it has set in that it wont be much longer now till she arrives. I also went to Babies R Us and picked up some cute little shoes for her to wear with her Christmas dress.

After dinner Aubrey normally wakes up and is ready to play, so Randy and I have come up with a game that we play with her. No matter wear you push on my belly, she pushes right back and will continue to do so until she is done playing. Once she decides she is done so rolls over and sticks her butt in the air and my belly gets really hard. It is so funny to watch, considering she is in my stomach.

Week 30, only 10 more weeks to go!

Where oh where did my feet go? Where oh where could they be?

I believe I have a ball in there now.

~Since finding out that we were pregnant Randy and I have been reading to the baby. Within the last week I have now discovered what books the baby likes and which ones she does not. Her favorite book so far is "Oh, Baby, the Places You'll Go!" By Dr. Seuss. Whenever I read this book she is so active it's really cute, yet when I read "the Monster at the end of the Book" from Sesame St. she does not move at all. With that said, I don't think I will be reading that book to her anymore.

29 weeks

As requested by Randy and some other family members, I took different style pics this week.

29 weeks and the start of my every 2 week appointments! Went to the doctor yesterday and everything looks good. Baby's bpm was at 150 and she is still somewhat active. F0r some reason she likes to sit really low instead of up higher.

Here is a front view with my shirt up. You can really tell that I have a baby in there or possibly a watermelon.

28 weeks

So I have come to determine that I don't look as big when I wear some of my regular clothes but that I look a lot bigger in my maternity shirts. Baby is still active and kicks Randy and I like crazy, but for some reason when Oma (my mom) tries to feel, the baby stops kicking. Kinda funny but kinda sad at the same time.

1 year anniversary

Over this past weekend Randy and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary. We went and registered at Babies R Us and then enjoyed a wonderful lunch at The Cheesecake Factory. To top off our day we went to the Carter's store and bought the baby her first Christmas dress and Christmas sleeper. After a long day we came home and enjoyed a replicate of our wedding cake (Mmmm was it good). Rounding out or anniversary weekend we went and registered at Target today which went a lot smoother then yesterday at Babies R Us.

Christmas sleeper that the baby can enjoy the whole month of December!

Randy picked out this dress, and it comes with little white underwear too.

We can even add a little jacket incase the baby gets cold.

Picture from the top of the cake.
Side veiw. Cake looks just like wedding cake but way smaller!

27 weeks and the start of my 3rd trimester!

Goodbye 2nd trimester and hello to my 3rd and final trimester! We are now in the home stretch of this pregnancy, and it wont be long now till we get to meet our little princess.

Looking a little smaller this week and yes I am wearing one of Randy's shirts (mine don't seem to fit anymore, hmm I wonder why?).
Everything seems to be going good for right now. Still have those back aches and swollen feet but nothing I can't handle. Finding a comfortable position to sleep in, is getting to be a challenge but that's all part of the pregnancy. Baby Alderman is somewhat still active but definitely getting bigger and less room for her to move around in.

Last week of trimester 2!

26 weeks and the feeling good is slowly disappearing (back aches and swollen feet). Baby isn't as active as she use to be but still noticeable. One more week and then 3rd trimester begins!
