Aubrey's first trip to the Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday was such a beautiful day that we decided to head down to the Pumpkin Patch! This was Aubrey's very first trip and I think she really enjoyed it (or at least Randy and I did). Both Randy and Aubrey got to pick out pumpkins, Randy's is huge and Aubrey got 2 little gourds.

Now were climbing

Aubrey has now learned to climb up the stairs... We just need to teach her how to go down backwards now.

10 months old!

Today Aubrey is 10 months old! My oh my has this last month gone by super fast. She is now crawling and is very good at it. She is starting to side step with furniture more and more. Aubrey loves to crawl all of the house and get into so many things. We have had to rearrange several things so they are Aubrey proof. One of her favorite things to do is stand up in the bath tub, not so much one of my favorite things but she is so cute when she does it.

Aubrey still loves toys, food, giving kisses, waving, clapping, snuggle time, yelling "dada" and playing pat a cake. Some of the things she does not like are getting dressed, diaper changes, waiting for her food, or when someone is to busy to play with her. Aubrey is now testing her leg strength as she pulls herself to a standing position and sees how long she can stand without holding on to anything. So far she only last about 5 seconds before she falls to her bum. She gets so much joy out of it and laughs everytime. It wont be long now before she starts taking steps. She has such a great personality on her and she brings so much joy to our lives. I can hardly believe that in 2 short months she will be 1. She is getting so big that I wish she could stay little for a little longer.

Go Seahawks!

We have a Crawler!!

We officially have a crawler now. Just this past week Aubrey has decided that she is ready to crawl and be on the move. Her first few attempts at it was pretty funny as she didn't really crawl on her knees but rather with her feet. Since then Aubrey has now figured out how to crawl with her hands and her knees and she is getting super fast. When there is something she wants bad enough she goes for it. I am so excited that she moves now, and I know I will be regretting that sometime but she is so much more fun now.

9 month photo's

Today we took Aubrey to JCPenney's to get her 9 month photos done! I was a little worried because she has been super fussy due to her teething, and today was no exception. I have to say even though she was not having a good day, her pictures turned our GREAT! Here are a few of my favorites!

Finally 9 months

Aubrey is now 9 months old and growing up so fast. We are learning new things each and everyday and starting to get into more things as well. We can get on our hands and knees and crawl backwards but still not forward. If she is in a sitting position and next to any kind of furniture she can pull herself to a standing position. We just started taking side steps while holding onto the end of the bed. Aubrey weighs 19 lbs even and is 27 inches tall (she is going to be a tall one)!

Aubrey really loves toys, food, giving kisses, doing "So Big", yelling, rolling, snuggle time, rosie her sea horse, remote controls, ceiling fans and many more but I can not think of them. We are now up to 3 solid meals a day with 3 bottles as well. Whatever we eat for dinner Aubrey eats too (with the exception of steak, pork chop, and salad). Man does this girl love her food! We are still working on those teeth. Went to see the pediatrician and her bottom 2 teeth are almost through and her top 2 are not far behind. No wonder why my child has been kind of cranky lately and sleeping a lot.

Messy Faces

Now that Aubrey is feeding herself breakfast, lunch and dinner we are bound to get a messy face. Thank goodness I am not one of those people who freak out over their child being dirty. However, if I was we would be in major trouble or Aubrey wouldn't be able to eat things that make her dirty.

So today for breakfast we gave her chocolate chip waffles, yes you read that right. On the menu for dinner was lasagna, garlic bread and green beans. Boy oh boy were those two of the messiest things we have given her thus far. Because they were so messy I thought it was the perfect time for fun pictures.
She gobbled up the waffles

All done
